Important Matchday Information
Once you’ve completed your booking (either online or via our dedicated commercial team) you will receive your Matchday pack in the post (or by other pre-arranged methods of collecting if the fixture date is imminent or if you have specifically requested otherwise). This is typically dispatched two weeks prior to the match. Your match pack contains everything you’ll need to ensure your day at Molineux is one to remember.
Here are a few frequently asked questions to help you make the most of your visit to Molineux.
Is kick-off likely to change?
Any fixture date could change due to various reasons and often at short notice. The best way to keep up-to-date with all our fixtures is by regularly visiting wolves.co.uk. If the fixture date of your chosen game does change, your ticket will transfer to the rearranged game. With this in mind it is important that you do not finalise any travel arrangements until the date and kick-off time of the fixture is confirmed.
Can I cancel my booking if I wish to?
Yes, however cancellation charges will apply if it is at least 90 days before the scheduled fixture. The club will endeavour to move your booking to a different fixture or club event where possible. Please check our Terms and Conditions for further information.
Is car parking included?
Subject to availability, one car park pass is issued for up to four places booked. If you require additonal passes these must be purchased from the club either online or by calling 0871 222 1877.
How is the restricted mobility (disability) access?
There is restricted mobility access to all hospitality areas within the Stan Cullis and Steve Bull stands, whilst selected lounges within the Billy Wright stand are also accessible. It is advisable to check before making your booking.
I’ve lost my tickets, can I get replacements?
Yes, we can arrange for duplicates to be made available for collection on the day of the match only. For security reasons duplicates cannot be posted. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0871 222 2220 (option 4)
I am a fan of the visiting side, can I still purchase a hospitality package?
You should advise us of any away fans in your party. We may be able to arrange for them to be located with the away supporters but please be aware that this could result in some aspects of your package being forfeited (for example, half-time refreshments) if this is included with your package.
If you do have away fans in your party who don’t relocate please ensure they are made fully aware that they will be seated with home fans. If there are identified as away fans we reserve the right to remove them from the Stadium for their own safety.
Where do I collect my tickets from?
We have ticket collection points (on matchday) at the Main Reception (Billy Wright Stand), WV1 Entrance (Stan Cullis Stand) or Steve Bull Executive Entrance (Steve Bull Stand), dependant upon which hospitality lounge you are attending.
What are the timings for hospitality?
Hospitality normally opens two and a half hours before kick-off and will remain open for up to an hour after full time, please check your itinerary provided with your tickets as timings are subject to change.
What should I wear?
A smart dress code applies on a matchday unless otherwise stated. Any persons wearing clothing displaying any offensive branding, sportswear or football colours will be denied entry. Smart denim is acceptable. Smart is defined as not faded or torn.
The Boardroom: Smart shoes must be worn. Trainers/Canvas/Ugg style footwear are not permitted.
President’s Restaurant: We recommend gentlemen wear a collared dress shirt with a tie. Smart shoes must be worn. Trainers/Canvas/Ugg style footwear are not allowed. Denim clothing is not permitted.
WV1 Restaurant / International Restaurant / Billy Wright / Steve Bull Executive Boxes: Smart shoes must be worn. Trainers/Canvas/Ugg style footwear are not permitted.
WV1 Bar: Sports trainers are not permitted. To prevent potential embarrassment on the day, please err on the side of caution and avoid any form of clothing that could be perceived as going against this dress code. The dress code does not apply to children under 12.
Should I buy a programme?
There will be an official match programme waiting for you and your guests upon your arrival as this included as part of your hospitality package.
Does my baby need a ticket?
Yes, everyone who enters the stadium needs a ticket.
Who do I tell about special dietary requirements?
If you or your guests have any special dietary requirements please contact our Commercial Team 0871 222 2220 (option 4) or email email@example.com at least five working days before the game and we will endeavour to meet your request. This can also be done at the time of booking.
How do I get to my seats?
Your dedicated lounge host will be on hand to advise you and a stadium steward will also be available adjacent to the seating area to guide you to your seats. Your row and seat number will be clearly displayed on your match ticket.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Molineux is a no smoking stadium and smoking throughout the stadium is against the law. Electronic smoking devices are not permitted within the hospitality areas. For full details please read our Terms and Conditions.
Do you offer non-match day hospitality?
Molineux also offers a wide range of meeting and event facilities that are available on non-match days.
